When we were faced with selling our Mothers house after she passed away we decided not to use any of the realtors in the family to avoid any potential conflict in any way. SAYING GOODBYE TO A LIFETIME OF MEMORIES!

Having lost my Mother just after Christmas, after looking after her for many years, I was faced with many challenges. First on the list was to find a new home. My Mother’s house was to be sold as per her will. We called Casey Roe. She whipped into action. She set up a number of properties for us to view and also set us up to get a mortgage pre-approval. In a matter of 3-4 weeks, we found a Condo,put in an offer and were accepted. Next on the list was to sell Mom’s House. Knowing a little of my history, Casey was very helpful and very understanding of my feelings. In a short few days, Mom’s house was sold, we had purchased our first home and were about to embark on a whole new life. She was able to accomplish all this expediently and I truly don’t know how I could have done any of this without her. Casey, you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough.You made this experience a good memory instead of a very sad one. Saying goodbye to a lifetime of memories was very hard, but much easier with something to look forward to.
